Minimal Wedding Neutral Colors Flower Decor Essentials
Honoring family tradition of something borrowed and something blue, the bride’s father pinned a blue button onto the chiffon bouquet ribbon. In sync with the long stem, plush white, wedding bouquet with eucalyptus, a mini replica posy flower bouquet was gifted from the bride to her darling flower girl who was joyfully ushered down the aisle by an adorably proud and studious ring bearer, who was also entrusted with the dutiful task of couriering the rings. Reflecting on this exceptional day would not be complete without featuring the bridal wedding ring showcasing a classic oval cut diamond supported by a platinum gold eternity ring highlighted with a black titanium band for the groom.
This all-inclusive wedding party left no one without blooms including the couples’ loving furry friends. The paired pooches stoically stood in witness to the vows while fashioning dog floral collars. An endearing note poised with ribbon from a front row aisle chair reserved a heartwarming seat in loving memory of the bride’s late mother. Delicately interwoven with her favorite flowers, framed with compassion and adoration, the mother of the bride’s photo was complemented by an all-white serenity tribute floral arrangement.

Neutral Wedding Dress and Fashion
To balance the Maid of Honor’s emerald, green bridesmaid dress, complementing the navy neutrals wedding theme, the collectively calm groom celebrated the special day in a dapper petroleum blue suit featuring a custom cerulean feather printed tie. Forgoing the traditional veil to showcase her natural toned make up and minimal baby’s breath flower hairstyle of golden ringlet curls, the bride glided down the aisle with a modest yet stunning bateau neckline that sparkled with a handmade shimmering beaded sheer bodice featuring a gorgeous bell sleeves wedding dress followed by a chapel train. Sourced from Blue Bridal Austin, Texas, this glittering bridal gown was exclusively designed from the Lumiere Collection by Australian wedding dress designer, Anna Campbell. This glittering dress paired nicely with a greenery white floral design!
Minimal Mountain Wedding Entertainment and Menu
Arriving from the earthy trail winding along the mountain lake, guests were greeted by a worn and woody handcrafted welcome sign lightly feathered with eucalyptus greenery garlands for the intimate scenic ceremony. After the vows, the party continued with a reception located at a mountain home vacation rental with Airbnb in Breckenridge. Along with the wedding welcome table, the refreshment tables were lined with tethered garlands of eucalyptus gunni accented by simple white flowered bud vases.
The reception menu comprised of a buffet styled wedding grazing table with a variety of charcuterie boards featuring cured meats, smoked cheese, pickled olives, salted nuts, and fresh fruits locally delivered by Summit County’s very own The Noshing Platter. Sourced from the bride’s favorite cornerstone bakery, Nothing Bundt Cakes, topped with stark white cake flowers, the minimal wedding cake consisted of a creamy sugary classic vanilla two tier Bundt cake.
Minimal Wedding Venue Location
Flowing with the continuity of this intentional mountain lake wedding theme of white aesthetics with blue accents, the ceremony overlooked a quiet and rocky lakefront harbor. Surrounded by woody banquet picnic tables and ironed grills, this oversized white oak wooded cabin like gazebo was centered by an outdoor cobblestoned fireplace, providing a warm and cozy mountain campfire environment, simply perfect for a mountain town getaway. Going down the aisle, embellished with aisle flowers, the classic white wedding folding chairs faced out towards the lake, strategically gifting guests with a majestic yet tranquil mountain lake view. The brilliant blue sky naturally reflected by the rippling mirror of Lake Dillon presenting a wonderful opportunity for a simple sustainable wedding theme at a minimal wedding venue such as the resourceful Marina Pavilion in Breckenridge Colorado.
Historically, dating back to the late 1800s the now sunken original mountain town of Dillon is located at the bottom of the manmade Dillon Reservoir otherwise referred to as Lake Dillon. Today, the relocated mountain town continues to thrive with seasonal family activities from music festivals, farmer’s markets, to lodging and boating. Following the ethos of less is more, this southern hospitality couple kept it simple and minimal when hosting a light hearted destination wedding at Lake Dillon in Breckenridge Colorado. - OXO
