Black-Tie Romantic Villa Flower Decor Essentials
With courtesy to the black-tie wedding theme featuring classic little black dress silhouettes, our flower team relied on the clean white lines comprising of curvature derived from the opulent orchid to tell a story of minimal and refined elegance. Although each flower accent and arrangement were interwoven with intentional attention to detail, our favorite floral design moment was the botanical orchid flower fountain. Because the outdoor ceremony showcased a natural water-stained courtyard statuesque fountain highlighting a tiered splashing yet calming waterfall, echoing the cascading orchid bridal bouquet, the overflowing orchids allowed our floral design to have a nonlinear and unconventional movement; thus, creating a symbiotic harmonious earthy display for our couple’s outdoor minimal courtyard wedding ceremony.

Black-Tie Wedding Dress and Style
Representing their love and friendship, the bridal ring presented vintage oval styled diamonds with a matching platinum band for the groom. Ensuing the now popular wedding trend of assorted bridesmaids dress styles, nonetheless, the bridesmaids all in unison, fashioned little black dresses. With an exposing low back buttoning down to a courted train, the visionary bride was ushered down the aisle in a silhouette Hollywood glam inspired chiffon wedding gown detailed with an illusion V-neckline showcasing slender strapped shoulders followed by a delicate sheer Watteau train. To emphasize the black-tie theme, an old Hollywood glam waves hairstyle paired with a blush toned evening makeup was designed and styled by the wedding beauty team from Beauty Kit Studios. Simple white flowers were perfect for this chic black-tie wedding.
Black-Tie Wedding Entertainment and Menu
After the intimate outdoor ceremony, the festivities began with an indoor cocktail hour featuring a plush soft velvety violet sofa with accented chairs from the exclusive event design firm, Hazel Grove Rentals. Sourced from Grand Gesture’s Lighting, a reoccurring essence of old Hollywood glamour emanated the star-studded life-size monogram of the couple’s initials, serving as a nostalgic studio backdrop for guest photos throughout cocktail hour.
In celebration of their gathered union and to commemorate their generational family legacy, the couple presented an endearing memorial table featuring black and white heirloom portraits of their grandparents on their wedding day with heartwarming fond memories of loved ones throughout their lifetime. A simple white rose bouquet presented a moment of silence for sentimental reflection.
To complement the black-tie theme, contrasting black chargers paired perfectly with white and silver plate settings, especially when lined against the mahogany worn and wooded wedding party banquet table. Along with a framed mirror accented with a wax sealed guest seating chart, each guest received a thank you note upon taking their seats for reception dinner. The menu consisted of silver-platter mini crab cakes and baked mozzarella finger foods followed by a buffet styled reception dinner. Renouncing a traditional wedding cake for a trendy desert bar instead, mini cheesecake bites and brownies were prepared and served after the reception dinner by Serendipity Catering.
Wedding stationery and reception paper goods were designed and handcrafted by the bride’s very own online stationery boutique, Wed Creatives by Anna Wedewer. The couple exchanged teared laughter with their most cherished friends and family, while dancing the night away under Villa Parker’s prominent chocolate wooded beams interlaced with hanging greenery garlands and candle imitated chandeliers.
