About the Role
The position as Store Manager requires the following responsibilities:
Supervise, train and assist team members in customer service, store maintenance and product promotions. Develop and maintain a schedule for team members and product promotions centered on seasonal cycles. Seek ways to better promote the store, the product line and service within the store. Maintain proper inventory levels, ensure stocking, implement purchasing plans with suppliers. Implement cross-training of team members and Assistant Managers to maintain productivity at all times. Ensure the storefront remains clean and presentable at all times. Hire and train as needed to ensure adequate personnel is on hand to provide outstanding customer service.
Additional Store Manager Responsibilities:
1.) Develops and maintains professional relationships with team members and clients
2.) Efficiently process floral shipments and organize and execute floral deliveries in a timely manner
3.) General store cleaning, organizing, and operational duties
4.) Effectively assemble and disassemble event decor and floral installations
5.) Provide essential project managing skills i.e. fill many project orders via direct hire
6.) Ability to work a full/part-time schedule (Mon - Sun) flexible overtime on Wedding and Holiday Season
7.) Great communication skills – phone, in-person, and email
8.) Basic computer skills including label printing software and Microsoft Office Suite
9.) Ability to work in a fast paced environment and be able to lift up to 50 Ibs
10.) Ability to serve customers in a luxury or overall high-end market
Valid driver’s license and insurance for deliveries and/or must have reliable transportation

Requirements
Ideal candidate experience requirements include, but are not limited to the following:
5 years minimum retail industry experience (Store Manager / Assistant Manager Preferred)
High School Diploma (Bachelor's Degree in Retail Merchandising Preferred)
Management of 5 or more professionals, schedules, training, supervision and compliance focused
Promotional sales marketing, product inventory, scheduling, accounting, and general office tasks
Customer service, interpersonal skills, active problem-solver, confidentiality, results driven
