About the Role
The position as Marketing Assistant requires the following responsibilities:
Assist with the creation and scheduled maintenance of marketing streams such as coordinated industry events, seasonal campaigns and product promotions, website, social media, newsletters, third party marketplaces, brochures, or catalogs. Track consumer trends and preferences to identify potential new markets for products or services.
Additional Marketing Assistant Responsibilities:
1.) Conduct market research to help create new or improve existing products and services
2.) Coordinate Brand Ambassadors for events such as industry trade shows, conferences, or campaigns
3.) Create and update databases of clientele and partnerships, streamline promotion communications
4.) Provide administrative support to managers for meetings, events, and other administrative tasks
5.) Managing social media accounts, email marketing, blogs, third party marketplaces, and public relations
6.) Use communication skills to write marketing copy, send emails, or make phone calls

Requirements
Ideal candidate experience requirements include, but are not limited to the following:
5 years minimum professional marketing industry experience (Marketing Portfolio Preferred)
High School Diploma (Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Preferred)
Proven track record of market research, statistics, economics, communications, campaigns, etc.
Promotional sales marketing, product promotions, time management for deadlines
Team orientated, interpersonal skills, active problem-solver, confidentiality, results driven
Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or seasonal remote work schedule
